Scope of works:
– Complete Construction (2 Storey) and Fit Out, site area 5,250m2
– 78 Self Storage Units (ground level)
– 14 Factory Warehouse Units (first level)
– Excavation – Cut, fill and compact building pad for 5250 m2
– Detail Excavation to footings and lift shaft
– Civil Works – Dig out storm water and sewer lines and place sewer lines, storm water lines and pits
– Shoring & Piling – 250 piles under strip footings to support construction
